• All prices are listed in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.
   
• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
   
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but this will not affect confirmed orders.
   

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm your order by email once payment has been received.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

• The product is unavailable or out of stock.
   
• There is an error in pricing or description.
   
• We suspect fraudulent activity.
   

If an order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

• Once a delivery is completed or an order is collected, responsibility for the product passes to you.
   

Because our products are perishable goods, the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply once preparation has begun.

However:

• You may cancel your order up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection time for a full refund.
   
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before collection may not be eligible for a refund.
   
• If you receive the wrong item or your order is damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with details and photos. We will offer a replacement, credit, or refund at our discretion.
   

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Our kitchen handles allergens including nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and soy. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is entirely allergen-free.

Please contact us before ordering if you have any food allergies or dietary requirements.

All content on our website — including text, images, designs, and logos — is owned by Jelley Bakes or its licensors and protected by UK copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written permission.

If you create an account:

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
   
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or use.
  We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
   

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law:

• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the value of your order.
